Lily and Chloe

Another big milestone - Ms Chloe turned one year old recently as well.  We got a lot of great family shots and some of her alone to document this big milestone.  She is walking all over the place already!  Slow down, Chloe!!!

I've shot at George Bush Library A LOT.  I know a lot of photographers in town think it's overused.  But really...its beautiful.  Why not take advantage of it?  Every time, every person, every photographer photographs there differently at different times of the year!  I think it's gorgeous and love when people choose it as their location.  That being said, I've made a little friend there.  I call him Bugs.  He (or she?) always seems to be out when I am shooting there.  He never runs away.  Even when little kids chase him. :P  (see him in the background?)

Channing, 1 yr

This little man turned a year old!!!  I was there just after he was born doing his newborn photos and now he's a whopping one year old!  Gah!

He has quite the personality at his ripe old age of 12 months.  He's pretty calm generally, stoic often, but has a smile that can light up a room for sure! And has developed a new smile that is unique to Channing for sure!  (see below ;) )

Of course we had to do a cake smash!  Most babies really don't like cake and parents often have to get them to dig in.  However, I think it's safe to say Channing liked his cake just a little bit.  ;)

Jonah, 3 yrs old

I've been photographing Jonah since he was born.  Gah!  1) That makes me feel like I'm getting old.  2) That makes me feel like I've been doing this forever and most importantly 3) It makes me feel pretty special.  :)

Jonah is REALLY into cars.  So we had to be sure to incorporate cars in some regard!!!

This next one is hands down my  FAVORITE shot of the day.  Love the love.  :)
